You get better-performing studios. ## How it works 1. **Apply.** Tell us about your fund, firm, agency or company and the studios you work with. 2. **Get your partner code.** We send you a partner code, an intro template and a one-pager to share with your studios. 3. **Your studios activate perks.** Studios sign up with your code and get the full perk package, plus a 1:1 creative onboarding session. ## Who it's for Every incentive goes to your studios, and you benefit when they perform. We'll pay you for your time. If your team makes ads, playables or creative tests in Layer for your clients, become a professional services partner and earn a share of the revenue you bring in. For UA and creative agencies, outsourcing and art studios, and freelance UA or creative consultants. - **Revenue share.** 10% of year-1 ARR bookings from every client you bring to Layer, paid quarterly. - **Access to Layer.** Your creative and UA team gets access to Layer to produce for clients. - **Deal registration.** Register a client with us and it's yours for 90 days. If they sign, you get 10% of year-1 ARR bookings. - **Layer certification.** Training that makes your team the go-to Layer experts. - **Partner directory.** We send studios that want hands-on help to you. ## What your studios get Every studio new to Layer gets the core package. Credits scale with the funding the studio has raised, and each kind of partner adds its own launch perks. - Credits expire after 90 days and can only be used on Layer. A studio in several portfolios gets one perk package. ### Every studio - Welcome credits: $250 (under $500K raised), $500 ($500K-$2M), $1,000 ($2M+). - Portfolio discount: 15% off year 1, if paid annually. - 1:1 creative onboarding: A creative onboarding session with the Layer team. ### Early-stage games (referred by a gaming vc) - Soft-launch creative kit: On a paid plan. - Fundraising creative pack: Trailer and key art for your next pitch deck. - What the partner earns: No fees. ### UA fund portfolios (referred by a ua fund) - Launch kit: First batch of video, playable and static ads built with Layer's team, on an annual plan. - What the partner earns: No fees. ### Service provider clients (referred by any other service provider) - Launch kit: First batch of assets provided by Layer, in the format that fits the service provider best. - What the partner earns: Incentive structure mutually agreed. ## Become a referral partner Fill this in and we'll put your application together. Then send it to the Layer partnerships team from your work email. We'll follow up with your partner code and partner kit. Partnering is free. We sign a short partner agreement with no fees. Email burcu@layer.ai from your work address with your name, organization, partner type (UA fund, Gaming VC, Other service provider, Professional services partner, Existing Layer investor, Other), how many active portfolio or client studios you work with, your website, and the studios you'd like to refer first. ## Questions partners ask ### Do partners get paid a referral fee? UA funds and gaming VCs don't. There's no commission or revenue share. For other service providers, we agree an incentive structure together. All of the value goes to your studios as credits, a discount and a launch kit. You benefit through their results: more creatives tested, lower CPIs and faster payback. ### What's the difference between a referral partner and a professional services partner? Referral partners introduce studios and their studios get the perks. Professional services partners do hands-on work in Layer for their clients, so we pay them 10% of year-1 ARR bookings from the clients they bring in. Clients of services partners get welcome credits, onboarding and extra CU: +10% on monthly plans, +15% on annual plans. ### What does it cost to join? Nothing. There are no fees, no minimums and no quotas. We sign a short, no-fee partner agreement with Layer AI Inc. ### Are there partner tiers? No. Every partner gets the same program, and every referred studio gets the same perk package. Only the welcome credits vary, based on the funding the studio has raised. ### Which studios qualify? Studios in your portfolio or client base that are new to Layer. Existing customers can get the year-1 discount on their next renewal year. Welcome credits are for new customers only. ### How does attribution work? Studios sign up with your partner code, or you intro them to us by email. A studio in several portfolios gets one perk package. ### How long does the discount last? The 15% portfolio discount applies to the first year when the studio pays annually. After that, the studio moves to standard pricing at renewal. ### Do you share studio data with partners? No. Studio data stays with the studio. We don't share it with partners. ### What can studios make with Layer? Video, playable and static ads for user acquisition, plus concept tests before a game is in production. Studios produce and iterate on creatives in Layer, then test them in their ad networks. ### Do credits expire? Yes. Credits expire after 90 days, have no cash value and can only be used on Layer. ### I'm already a Layer investor. Can my portfolio join? Yes. Your studios get the same perk package.
